RETURN POLICY

Returns are available on merchandise excluding clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, sheets, comforters, adjustable bases), and shipping/delivery for in-store credit/gift card only.  If you wish to make a return for an in-store credit/gift card, please email us directly at sales.theidhome@gmail.com.

The following stipulations apply:

  • Item must be in its original condition

  • Item must be accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after delivery or pickup

Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your in-store credit/gift card.

Drop-ship accessories are items purchased by the customer through Ideal Decorating but mailed directly to the customer from the manufacturer. These items are eligible to be returned but should be returned to Ideal Decorating, not the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be refunded via a gift card or in-store credit.

CLEARANCE & INELIGIBLE ITEMS

Clearance and “AS IS” sales are final. NO refunds. NO returns. NO guarantees. NO exchanges.
